摘要
目的通过联机检索国外与国内近8年来发表的护理论文,进行前后和分类对比,了解我国护理研究的现状和发展趋势,并对如何提高我国护理研究水平进行探讨.方法采用MEDUNE和CHKD检索系统对1996～1999年和2000～2003年2个时段发表的护理论文进行检索,并分为研究论文和非研究论文两类.结果MEDLINE检索显示,后一时段护理论文总数比前一时段稍有下降,但研究论文的比例较前一时段有明显增加,有显著性性差异(P＜0.01);CHKD检索显示,后一时段无论是论文总数还是研究论文的比例,均较前一时段有明显增加,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).比较两检索系统检索结果,无论是前一时段还是后一时段,MEDLINE检出的研究和非研究论文均显著多于CHKD检出的两类论文,均有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论近4年我国护理研究水平有明显提高,但与国外相比我国护理研究质量仍相对落后.
Objective To understand the status of nursing research in China by comparing published Chinese nursing thesis and English nursing thesis with online paper searching system. Methods MEDLINE and CHKD were used to search published English and Chinese nursing papers respectively from 1996 to 2003（1996-1999 and 2000-2003）. All papers were classified as research paper and non-research paper. Results It was indicated with MEDLINE that compared with public status from 1996 to 1999, the number of English nursing papers decreased slightly, but the number of research papers increased significantly （P 〈 0.01） from 2000 to 2003. It was indicated with CHKD that compared with public status from 1996 to 1999, the number of Chinese nursing papers （both research and non--research） increased significantly from 2000 to 2003. The number of English papers （both research papers and non--research papers） in1996-1999 and 2000-2003 was more than that of Chinese papers significantly （P〈 0.01）. Conclusions Chinese nursing research level has been promoted significantly in recent four years, but the nursing research quality need improving.
