摘要
中小企业对我国经济增长和社会发展起到了举足轻重的作用,但在其发展过程中也面临着诸多的困难和挑战。因此,文章认为:加快我国中小企业核心竞争力的培育是当务之急,并就如何培育核心竞争力的途径问题作了探讨。
Although the Chinese SMEs act the role of hold the balance in economic growth and social development, but in pross of development be faced with numerous diffcultics ＆ challenges. Therefore, this artile raise the point that speed up fostering the competence of Chinese small and middle enterprises is urgent matter. Finally, we provide thought about identifying, fostering core competence of the Chinese SMEs.
