CuCl_2·2H_2O催化分子氧氧化环己酮制己二酸

摘要 以CuCl2.2H2O为催化剂、乙酸正丁酯为溶剂,常压液相催化分子氧氧化环己酮,90℃反应10h,环己酮转化率和己二酸收率分别可达94.4%、90.5%。进行了催化剂活性及溶剂作用的比较选择,同时还考察了反应温度、反应时间及催化剂与环己酮用量等因素对反应的影响。 Liquid phase oxidation of cyclohexanone with molecular oxygen can be effectively carried out in the presence of CuCl2· 2H2O as catalyst and n - butyl acetate as solvent at atmosphere pressure. The conversion of cyclohexanone and yield of adipic acid could be reached respectively to 94.4%, 90.5% at 90℃ for 10h. The catalysts and solvents were compared and selected. Meanwhile, effects of reaction temperature, dosage of catalyst and cyclohexanone on the oxidation were investigated.
