摘要
采用磷酸三丁酯-Span80-液体石蜡-煤油乳化液膜体系研究了Cu(Ⅱ)的迁移行为,探讨了膜相组成、内水相酸度、外水相pH值、乳水比和油内比对Cu(Ⅱ)迁移率的影响.结果表明,当液膜组成为9%磷酸三丁酯-7%Span80-5%液体石蜡-79%煤油,硫酸浓度为2.0 mol·L-1,外水相pH值为4.5~5.0,乳水比Rew为1:4,油内比Roi为1:1,迁移时间为18 min时,Cu(Ⅱ)迁移率可达99.6%.在最佳迁移条件下处理低浓度含铜废水,废水中Cu(Ⅱ)的浓度可降低到1.0mg·L-1以下,低于国家排放标准.
The transfer behavior of Cu ( Ⅱ ) was studied using the emulsion liquid membrane system of TBP-Span80-atoleine-kerosene. Also, this paper discusses the effect of membrane phase components,acidity of intenal aqueous phase, pH values of external aqueous phase,and Rew and Roi upon Cu( Ⅱ ) transfer rate. The results showed that the transport rate of Cu( Ⅱ ) can reach 99.6% under the condition of 9% TBP,7% Span80,5% atoleine, 79% kerosene,H2SO4 concentration 2. 0 mol · L^-1 in internal aqueous phase and pH values 4.5 - 5. 0 in external aqueous phase. Rew 1 : 4 and Roi 1 : 1 and transfer time of 18 min. In the optimal transfer conditions, treating the concentration of Cu( Ⅱ ) in the wastewater can be reduced to 1.0 mg · L^-1 below the national demanded disposal standard.
