摘要
白黎芦醇是植物体内的一种具有抗病及许多保健功能的次生代谢物。用高效液相色谱法测定 了十几种植物的果实。结果表明:桑椹、菠萝、葡萄、蒲桃和假槟榔的果实中含有白黎芦醇。因此这些 果实具有一定的开发前景。
Resveratrol are phytoalexins plants and many studies have also shown that this kind of secondary metabolites have many health benefits. A study using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was done to determine resveratrol content in fruits of plant. The article indicated that reveratrol was detected from fruits of Morus alba L., Ananas cornosus （L.）Merr, Vitis vinifera L., Syzygium jambos （L.）Alston, Archontophoenox alexandrae （H.） Wendl. Et Drude. It is considered that these fruits are in further exploitation.
