中药丹参对正畸牙移动过程中血清钙、锌含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨应用丹参后正畸牙齿移动过程中血清钙、锌的变化及意义。方法:以30只体重(250±10)g的雄性大鼠为样本,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15只,于上切牙与磨牙之间隙安装正畸装置,建立大鼠磨牙移动实验模型,矫治力的大小控制在60g,实验组每日每只肌注丹参0.1m l,对照组按相同剂量肌注生理盐水。正畸加力前、正畸第7、14、21天时采血1m l,测定钙、锌含量。结果:实验组和对照组血清钙含量在正畸第7天时均较正畸前升高,实验组比对照组升高明显;加力后第14天时,血清钙水平基本恢复至正常水平;加力后第21天时,血清钙水平均降低,实验组比对照组降低明显。对照组血清锌水平正畸后一直低水平,而实验组只是在正畸第14天时较正畸前明显下降。结论:丹参在正畸过程中血清中钙、锌的含量发生变化,提示丹参通过改善局部血液循环,调节钙、锌的代谢,来加快损伤牙周组织的修复,从而加速正畸牙齿的移动。 Objective: To observe the changes in serum calcium and zinc during the orthodontical teeth movement after application of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bung. Method. Thirty rats ,weighting (250±10)g,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group . Orthodontical devices were put between upper incisor teeth and dens molaris, and the corrective force was controlled at 60g , Every rat of the experimental group was injected with 0. 1ml Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bung every day , the same dose of physiological saline was injected in the control group . We took 1ml of blood sample before correction and at days 7, 14 and 21, and measured the content of calcium and zinc. Result : The content of serum calcium of the experimental and control group increased on day 7, especially in the experiment group; on day 14, the content of serum calcium restored to normal level ;on day 21, the content of serum calcium decreased in both groups, especially in the experimental group. The content of serum zinc of control group was lower all the time, but the content of serum zinc of the experimental group decreased only on day 14. Conclusions: Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bung can accelerate the movement of orthodontical teeth, alleviate the periodontal tissue injury in the corrective process, enhance the repaired ability of the periodontal tissue.
