摘要
目的:观察三黄安消胶囊治疗2型糖尿病及改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)的作用。方法:将60例2型糖尿病IR患者随机分 为2组各30例。2组基础治疗相同,治疗组加用三黄安消胶囊(由黄芩、黄连、人参等组成)治疗。8周为1疗程。主要观察治疗 前后空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2小时血糖(P2BG)、空腹血胰岛素(FINS)及餐后血胰岛素(PINS)、血压、血脂、体重等指标的变化, 并计算胰岛素敏感性指数(IAI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:降血糖总有效率治疗组为83．3％,对照组为66．7％。2组 比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)。治疗后治疗组FBG、P2BG、IAI、HOMA-IR均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常 显著性意望(P<0．01);对照组仅P2BG有明显改善(P<0．05)。治疗后治疗组与对照照FBG、HOMA-IR比较,差异均有非常 显著性意义(P<0．01)。结论:在基础治疗的同时加用三黄安消胶囊治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者,可显著改善胰岛素抵抗, 并可调节血糖、血胰岛素、血压、血脂水平,对于肝肾功能无明显不良影响,临床使用具有较好的安全性。
Objective： To observe the action of Sanhuang Anxiao Capsule （SAC） for type Ⅱ diabetes and improvement of insulin-resistance （IR）. Methods： 60 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes were allocated to 2 groups randomly （each group 30 cases） and were treated by basic treatment. The treatment group was added with SAC （composed of Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Ginseng, etc. ）. 8 weeks constituted a course of treatment. The fasting blood glycose （FBG）, postprandial 2h blood glycose （P2BG）, fasting blood insulin （FINS）, postprandial blood insulin （PINS）, blood pressure, blood- lipid, and body weight were observed and insulin sensitivity index （IAI） and insulin-resistance index （HOME-IR） were calculated. Results： In treatment group, the total hypoglycemic rate was 83.3% and 66.7% in treatment group and control group respectively （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the P2BG, PINS and HOMA- IR were markedly im- proved in comparison with before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In control group, the FBG, P2BG, PINS and HOMA -IR were also markedly improved （ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, FBG and HOMA - IR of treatment group and control group showed very significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The basic treatment with SAC simultaneously for type Ⅱ diabetes with IR can markedly improve IR, regulate blood glycose, blood insulin, blood pressure and blood- lipid and exerts no adverse reaction on hepatic and renal function and is safe for clinical application.
