摘要
从定量和定性的角度分析了供应链系统的不确定性,指出供应链不确定性本质和不确定性产生的因素;本文把熵理论运用到供应链不确定性的研究中,为供应链管理和控制提供了有效的方法。通过实际案例分析,我们可以看出熵理论的运用不但能够对供应链不确定性做出精确的评估,而且能有效地控制整个供应链的运营。
The analysis of uncertainty problem in supply chains by both quantitative and qualitative methods are discussed in this paper. The essence and element of uncertainty are given. The paper applies information entropy theory into the research of supply chain （SC） uncertainty,provides an effective method. By analyzing an example,we can find that one not only can assess the SC uncertainty accurately, but also effectively control the entire supply chain and delivery system.
