摘要 采用有机硅前驱体制备了含硅纳米溶胶。用含硅纳米溶胶改善了聚酯织物的抗静电性能。通过激光粒度仪和扫描电镜表征了溶胶的粒径以及其在织物上的状态。实验数据证实溶胶处理后聚酯的抗静电性能显著改善,且对织物强度、白度和手感无副作用,显示出溶胶凝胶技术在织物功能整理方面广阔的应用前景。 Silane nanosol was successfully prepared with an organic precursor to improve the anti-static property of polyester fabrics. The particle size of the sol and morphology of the gel on the fiber were characterized by Nanosizer and SEM. The experimental results showed that the anit-static property of treated PET fabrics was enhanced considerably by sol treatment, while there were no negative effects on the whiteness, strength and handle of the treated fabrics. A new way for improving the anti-static property by sol-gel process will be introduced, which shows the potential prospect of sol-gel process for textiles.
