摘要
目的 对土木香中所含的同分异构体(土木香内酯和异土木香内酯)进行分离。方法 采用GC进行了含量测定。结果 平均回收率分别为99．4％和99．7％,RSD为1．2％(n=6)和1．7％(n=6)。结论 所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强。可 有效地控制土木香的质量。
OBJECTIVE To separate the isomers（ alantolactone and isoalantolactone） in Radix Inulae. METHODS The contents of isomers were determined by GC method. RESULTS The average recoveries were 99.4 % and 99.7 %, with RSD 1.2 % （ n = 6） and 1.7 % （ n = 6）, respectively. CONCLUSION The method established is simple, accurate and specific and will be applied to control the quality of Radix Inulae.
