摘要
探讨了表面质量与表面完整性的区别,提出了表面完整性应包含传统的表面质量和工件的棱边质量的新观点。运用层次分析法(AHP),确定了表面完整性各特征参数的权系数值。在系统分析表面完整性的组成成分后,给出了科学评价表面完整性三个级别标准的基本方法,形成了更加完整的精密加工表面完整性的评价体系,对精密与超精密加工技术的快速发展有着理论指导意义。
The difference between surface quality and surface integrality in precision machining was discussed, and a new concept that surface integrality should include the edge quality of parts was put forward. The weighting values of a series of characteristic parameters of surface integrality were determined applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). And three basic methods of evaluating surface integrality were presented. A new comprehensive evaluation system has been formed which will theoretically play an important role in the development of precision machining in China.
