摘要
SBS改性沥青的低温性能受到基质沥青标号、油源和改性剂结构、掺量的共同影响。基质沥青的标号是一个重要的影响因素。为此,以动态剪切流变仪(DSR)实测的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为评价指标,针对线型SBS改性沥青,分析了不同掺量下基质沥青的标号对SBS改性沥青低温性能的影响。结果表明,基质沥青的标号对低温性能有重要影响,这种影响受到改性剂掺量的限制,掺量越大,影响越大。
The low temperature performance of SBS (styrene - butadiene - styrene) modified asphalt is influenced by the grade and source of base asphalt and the structure and content of modifier. The grade of base asphalt is an important influence factor, as a result, the influence of base asphalt' s base on the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt was analyzed for the linear SBS modi- fied asphalt with different contents of modifier, using the glass transition temperature (Tg) that was tested by dynamic shear rheometer as evaluation index. The result indicates that the grade of base asphalt has very important influence on the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt and this influence is dependent on the content of modifier and that the more the content is the greater the influence.
