摘要
目的:探讨护理程序在食管贲门癌患者围术期健康教育的应用效果。方法:将90例食管贲门癌患者随机分为两组,以传统健康教育方式为对照组,运用护理程序即评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价的方法进行健康教育为观察组。结果:观察组在有关围术期知识掌握、对护理工作满意度等方面效果明显高于对照组。结论:运用护理程序对食管贲门癌手术患者进行健康教育,能显著地提高健康教育效果。
Objective:To discuss the application of nursing program in health education of perioperative period in patients with cardiaoesophagus carcinomathe. Methods : 90 patients with cardiaoesophagus carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups:traditional ways as control group,nursing programe ways as experimental group. Results:As for the mastery of the knowledge during perioperative period and the satisfactory degree to nursing service,the effects in experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group. Conclusion :The effect of health education could be remarkably improved by applying nursing programe during perioperative period in patients with cardiaoesophagus carcinoma.
