摘要
以CHP-1催化剂为例,用大港直馏柴油为原料,在轻油微反(MAT)装置上考察了反应温度对低碳烯烃的选择性的影响。反应温度460~600℃,由于丁烯是非稳定的二次产品,正、异烯烃间的异构化反应有利于异丁烯的生成,而氢转移反应则不利于它的保留,反应温度对这两个反应的影响不尽相同,故反应温度应该控制在一定的范围内。考察结果表明,随反应温度的提高,异丁烯的选择性在510~530℃达到最大尔后下降。对CHP-1催化剂来讲,反应温度在520℃时,异丁烯的选择性较高。
The influence of cracking temperature on the selectivity of isobutylene was conducted on a MAT with Dagang light gas oil on CHP-1 catalyst. The test temperatures were in the range from 460℃ to 600°C.Butylenes are unstable secondary products, although isomerization reaction favors the formation of isobutylene,however,hydrogen transfer reaction has the negative effect.So the suitable temperature should be chosen in order to balance these two reactions. The test results showed that the selectivity of isobutylene reached its summit when reaction temperature ranged from 510°C to 530°C.Taking into consideration the gasoline yield, 520°C was the optimum temperature for CHP-1.sideration the gasoline yield, 520°C was the optimum temperature for CHP-1.
