摘要
在过程系统三环节能量结构模型和(火用)经济模型的基础上,讨论过程能量综合全局优化中的分解协调优化策略方法.论证了分解协调优化和应用(火用)经济优化方法的必要性、各子系统优化之间的相互影响、分解协调优化的快速收剑性.给出了过程系统分解协调优化的方法步骤,并通过实例阐明了方法在过程系统优化设计中的应用.
Based on the three link energy model and exergy economic model of process systems , the strategy of optimization by decomposition-coordination for general optimization of process energy integration was discussed. Necessities of optimization by decomposition-coordination and application of exergy economic optimization were demonstrated together with the mutual influences between subsystems optimization and the fast astringency of decomposition-coordination optimization. Both methods and proce-dures for the optimization were given, while its application in design of process system optimization were expounded via practical examples.
