摘要
目的探讨组织蛋白酶B(CatB)和FasL在大肠癌组织中表达及其对患者预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测78例大肠癌原发灶、正常结肠黏膜中CatB、FasL表达。用Kaplan-Meier生存分析对比CatB、FasL表达对患者生存率的影响。结果在大肠癌原发灶、正常肠黏膜中CatB表达阳性率分别为51.3%、26.9%,FasL表达阳性率分别为43.6%、19.2%。大肠癌原发灶中CatB、FasL阳性率高于正常肠黏膜组织。Dukes'C期CatB、FasL表达阳性率高于Dukes'A、B期(χ2=11.3267、8.2659,P<0.01),低分化腺癌和黏液腺癌的CatB、FasL表达阳性率高于高分化和中分化腺癌(χ2=10.1584、7.2096,P<0.01)。CatB和FasL表达双阳性组患者生存率低于CatB或FasL单一阳性组及两者表达均为阴性组。结论CatB和FasL增强表达与大肠癌的发生、发展有关,检测CatB、FasL表达对判断大肠癌预后有重要意义。
[Objective] To study expressions of cathepsin B(CatB)and FasL in colorectal cancer and their influences on prognosis of the patients. [Methods] Immunohistoehemistry method was used to assay expressions of CatB and FasL in 78 cases of colorectal cancer. And Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was performed on the patients. [Re- suits] The rates of CatB expression in primary foei and normal colon mucosa were 51.3%, 26.9% respectively. And the rates of FasL expression were 43.6%, 19.2% respectively. The positive rates of CatB and FasL in primary foei were higher than that in normal mucosa. Compared among clinical stages, the positive rates of CatB and FasL in Dukes stage C were higher than that in Dukes stage A and B (X^2=11.3267, 8.2659, P 〈0.01). And higher rates of CatB and FasL expressions were detected in low differentiation adenoearcinoma and mucus adenoeareinoma than in middle-well differentiated adenocarcinoma (X^2=10.1584, 7.2096, P 〈0.01). Survival rate in group of double positive of CatB and FasL expression was lower than that in the group of double negative, and the group of single positive of CatB or FasL expression. [ Conclusions ] Enhanced expressions of CatB and FasL were associated significantly with carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal cancer. Assaying CatB and FasL expression has prognostic values for colorectal cancer patients.
