CD34^+细胞含量在细胞移植治疗心力衰竭中的作用

Role of CD34^+ cell quantity in cellular transplantation treatment of heart failure

摘要 目的:探讨CD34+细胞含量在骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗心力衰竭中的作用。方法:选择缺血性心力衰竭患者30例,测定移植前骨髓单个核细胞中CD34+细胞含量。观察患者移植前和移植后3个月的心肌梗死缺损区面积、左室射血分数、每搏量的变化。结果:在移植后3个月,CD34+细胞<4.45×105者心肌梗死缺损区下降幅度、左室射血分数和每搏量上升幅度均明显小于CD34+细胞>4.45×105者(P<0.05)。结论:在骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗心力衰竭的过程中,细胞系中CD34+细胞含量多者,其心功能改善好于CD34+细胞含量少者。
