摘要
研究了铜溶剂萃取体系中O/W型界面乳化液的稳定机理。研究结果表明,除静电斥力效应和固体界面膜的稳定作用之外,O/W型界面乳化液中的三维结构障碍也是其主要的稳定因素。由于水相中Fe3+和SiO2等易水解成分的浓度均超过其水解平衡条件所要求的浓度,它们水解形成的Fe(OH)3和SiO2胶体分散体系在连续相中形成三维网状结构,阻碍乳化液滴的聚结。
The stability of oil-in-water interracial emulsions brought in copper solvent extraction was investigated. The results show that three-dimensional structure exists in the emulsions and it is the third major factor dominating the emulsion stability besides the electrostatic repulsive force between droplets and the solid interracial film. Because their concentrations in the feeding liquid exceeds their hydrolyzing balance conditions, Fe^3+ and SiO2 tend to hydrolyzing. The colloid polymer derived from hydrolyzing forms the three-dimensional structure among the continuous phases, which blocks coalescence between droplets stabilizing the emulsions.
