蒙山九州虫草中黄酮类化合物提取、鉴定和含量分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的比较蒙山九州虫草不同部位黄酮类化合物的含量及不同提取方法对黄酮类化合物得率的影响,探讨蒙山九州虫草中粗黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并对提取所得黄酮类化合物进行定性和定量分析。方法分别采用乙醇回流法、微波法、超声波法提取蒙山九州虫草中黄酮类化合物,以分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果蒙山九州虫草子座中黄酮含量最高,微波法提取得率最高,最佳提取工艺为:功率为140 W,提取时间为1.5 min,料液比为1∶25,pH 10。结论微波提法具有工艺简单、耗费小、产物纯、提取得率较高等特点,适于实验室条件下使用。 Purpose To compare the flavone content and different ways of distilling flavones from Cordyceps kyushuensis, and to study the prime craftwork of distilling flavones from Cordyceps kyushuensis. Then the quality and quantity of the flavones are also basically determined. Methods The ethanol circumfluence way, the microwave way, and the ultrasonic way are all used to distill the flavones, then spectrophotometer is used to detect the quantity of the flavones distilled. Results The content in stroma is the highest of all, the acquisition ratio of the microwave way is the best, and the prime craftwork is power, 140 W,time, 1.5 min,ratio of material and liquor, 1:25, and pH 10. Conclusion The results show that the microwave way is adapted to distilling flavones in the lab because of its simple craftwork, high tratlo and low consumption.
