摘要
分别给新生正常和子宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)仔猪口饲胰岛素,研究仔猪血浆中胰 岛素水平的变化,以及外源性胰岛素对新生仔猪体内糖代谢的影响。结果证实:人工饲喂3 d 后,血浆中胰岛素浓度极显著提高(P<0.01);肝糖原含量极显著降低(P<0.01);血浆中胰岛 素水平,正常仔猪Ⅰ组显著高于M组(P<0.05);LDH活性,M组和Ⅰ组显著高于N组(P< 0.05),Ⅰ组低于M组(P>0.05);MDH活性和血浆中葡萄糖浓度没有显著变化(P>0.05)。上 述结果证明:仔猪出生0-3 d,糖代谢发生剧烈变化,口饲胰岛素使正常仔猪血浆中胰岛素水 平显著提高,但对仔猪糖代谢影响不显著。
This study examined the effects of oral insulin on the changes of concentrations of insulin in plasma and the functional development of glycometabolism in new born normal piglets and IUGR piglets. The results demonstrated that the concentrations of insulin in plasma were significantly increased (P〈0. 01) and the liver glycogen contents were significantly decreased (P〈0.01) in group M and I after feeding 3 days. The concentrations of insulin in plasma in normal piglets were significantly increased in group I than that in group M (P〈0.05). The activities of LDH were higher in group M and I than that in group N (P〈0. 05)whereas the activities of LDH in group I were lower than that in group M (P〈0. 05). No significantly changes were found in activity of MDH and the concentrations of glucose in plasma(P〉0. 05). In conclusion, great changes took place in glycometablism in the piglets during 0- 3 days. Oral insulin can significantly increased the concentrations of insulin in plasma in normal piglets but show no significantly effect on the functional development of glycometabolism in piglets.
