摘要
采用比较实验、心理测量、数理统计和文献资料调研等方法,对随机抽取的6个教学班分实验班和对照班进行为期2年的体育课程“整体教学”干预实验。结果显示:实验班学生心理健康水平较对照班整体上有显著提高,初步构建并形成有特色的促进大学生心理健康的体育课程整体教学实践模式,对目前普通高校体育课程教学改革及其要求加强大学生心理健康教育的行动落实具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
With the combination of documentary analysis, teaching experiment, psychological measurement and mathematical statistics, this paper conducted an try-year intervening experiment of entire teaching of P.E. curriculum in a sample of 6 teaching classes which were divided into experiment classes and control classes. The results of this experiment indicated that the level of psychological health of students of experiment classes was significantly higher than the one of students of control classes. The teaching practice mode of entire teaching of P.E. curriculum which aims to enhance the improvement of the level of psychological health of college student has been initially established. It is proposed to provide the important and essential references and guidance for the further reform of P.E. teaching in higher education and enforcing the implementation of enhance the level of psychological health of college student.
