摘要
砼水化热是水工建筑物、大跨度桥梁施工中经常遇到的问题.为了解大体积砼水化热引起的温度分布规律,专门制作了一个砼试验梁段,根据所设计的配合比,连续测试砼凝结过程中产生的水化热温度变化曲线.试验表明,处于砼核心处的温度很高,温度变化基本呈一指数曲线关系,并与砼温度计算公式进行比较,结果吻合良好.文中最后介绍控制砼水化热温度的几种措施.
The hydration heat of concrete is a common problem for hydration construction and long-span bridges during construction.To find out the temperature distribution rule on hydration heat of large volume concrete, an experimental model by made according to special ratio of conjugation. The continuous temperature cures were drawn during the concrete coagulating times. The experiment has been indicated the temperature located on core place was very high, and the temperature changes were expressed in exponential cures. The test results were compared with the formula, and got a good agreement. At last, some measures to control hydration heat of concrete were put forward.
