奥氏体化保温时间对ZG30CrMn2Si2MoNi铸钢组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:7

Influence of Austenitizing Holding Time on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZG30CrMn2Si2MoNi Cast Steel

摘要 ZG30CrMn2Si2MoNi在1080℃奥氏体化保温不同时间的组织为贝氏体铁素体和残留奥氏体,随保温时间延长,抗拉强度、硬度先提高后降低,冲击韧度先降低后提高,在保温时间为1h时,强度、硬度达到最高而冲击韧度最低,之后随着奥氏体化时间延长,强度、硬度降低而冲击韧度提高。随保温时间的延长,ZG30CrMn2Si2MoNi组织中的残余奥氏体量增加。 Influences of austenitizing holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG30CrMn2Si2MoNi cast steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure of test cast steel is lath bainite and retained austenite austeniziting at 1 080℃ and various austenitizing holding time. With the increase of the austenitizing holding time, the tensile strngth and hardness firstly increase then decrease, and the impact toughness firstly decrease then increase. The tensile strength and hardness reach the highest value and impact toughness reaches the lowest value when the austenitizing holding 1 h. After this, the tensile strength and hardness decrease and impact toughness increases. The retained austenite content in the microstructure of ZG30CrMn2Si2MoNi cast steel increases with the increase of holding time.
