摘要
新一代闪烁晶体钨酸铅被认为是迄今为止闪烁性能最好的闪烁晶体,在高能物理和空间物理 等方面有重要的应用。该文介绍了钨酸铅晶体生长技术研究进展,比较了各种生长方法的优缺点,根据钨 酸铅晶体的发光机制,探讨了提高钨酸铅晶体的闪烁性能研究方向。
The novel scintillant lead tungstate crystal is regarded as the most excellent scintillating crystal which has the best scintillating performance up to now. It has important application in the fields of high-energy physics and spatial physics. In this paper, the development of growth technique has been introduced and the merit and disadvantage of these growth techniques for the growth of lead tungstate crystal have been compared. Based on its illuminant mechanism, the study approach to improve the scintillating performance of the crystal has been discussed.
