摘要
目的:在药品管理环节中实施目标管理,提高药品帐物相符率和医院药学管理水平,提升工作人员职业素质。方法:设定药品管理的目标与目标体系,以药品帐物相符率和盘点金额误差率为考核指标。结果:住院药房、门诊药房和急诊药房贵重药品帐物达到完全相符,普通药品盘点误差率分别为0.53‰、-0.015‰和0.24‰。结论:在药品管理中实施目标管理,可取得优良管理效果。目标管理在药房药品管理中值得推广。
Objective： To implement the management by objective in the process of drug administration in order to raise the managing level of the hospital pharmacy and improve professional quality of staff. Methods： The objectives and objective systems were built in outpatient-department, inpatient-department and emergency pharmacies. The correspondence between the accounts and the numbers of the drugs, and the error rates of checking cost were the examination indexes. Results： The correspondence between the accounts and the numbers of expensive drugs was perfectly accurate, and the error rates of checking common drugs were 0.53‰,--0.015‰ and 0.24‰ in the inpatient-department, outpatient-department and emergency pharmacies, respectively. Conclusion;Management by objective deserves to be widely used in drug administration of hospital pharmacy.
