摘要
贯彻以人为本思想,教师应以爱来贯彻这一思想.教学实践中,应将教师的爱的含义具体化,付诸于行动中,最后还应当从制度上鼓励和保护教师对教育事业的爱的奉献.
The paper first proposes the necessity of implementing person-oriented ideology. And then brings forth the theme of this paper： love, according to how to implement the ideology. With his teaching practice, the author suggests concretize teacher＇s love and analyzes how to do this. Last the author emphasizes the importance of systemizing the encouragement and protection of teacher＇s hearty dedication to the cause of education.
