波纹管降膜蒸发器强化传热机理与传热性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 从传热机理出发,对波纹管降膜蒸发器的结构特点和传热特性进行了分析,在一定的实验条件下,进行了波纹管蒸发浓缩葡萄糖溶液的传热性能实验研究,得到了湍流传热分系数经验关联式,为降膜蒸发器的改进和设计提供了依据。 The characteristics of falling film evaporation are narrated in this paper. Based on mechanism of heat transfer, the structure specialty and heat transfer characteristic of corrugated tube are analyzed. Under certain experimental condition, the experimental research of condensing glucose solution in the corrugated tube is carried on and a heat transfer correlation in turbulent flow regime is obtained, which is expected to offer the basis for improvement and design of falling film evaporation.
