摘要
信息获取的自由权利,是各国法律普遍认可的人的一项基本权利。保障人们的信息获取自由权利,体现了信息资源配置的公平性,体现了社会成员普遍共享社会发展成果的公共需求,也体现了“人民主权”的正义性。公共图书馆为了保障读者的信息获取自由,必须坚持公共性、平等性和中立性原则。
The free right of information acquirement is a fundamental right that all countries approbate in the law. Guaranteeing the people＇s free right of information acquirement embodies fairness of information resources rationing, social member＇s common need of sharing of society development products and the justice of ＂people＇s sovereignty＂. In order to guarantee the reader＇s freedom of information acquirement, the public library must insist some principles such as commonness, equality and neutrality.
