摘要
人才在图书馆事业发展中具有关键性作用。以广东图书馆事业的发展为例,论述图书馆需要怎样的人才、如何发挥人才在图书馆事业发展中的作用等。
This paper puts forward that talents are the base of developing library, taking the development of library in Guangdong Province for example. It firstly introduces the meaning of latents, then discusses the base role of talents, the kind of talents needed for library and how to exert the role of talents.
