摘要
用不同浓度的NH4NO3盐胁迫处理血细胞,发现一定浓度的盐能诱导细胞凋亡.不同浓度同时间处理细胞,高浓度盐处理细胞凋亡更明显,而低浓度要更长时间处理.通过姬姆萨染色法(G iem sa法)测定凋亡细胞与维生素K3诱导凋亡细胞对照,光镜下观察可见典型凋亡细胞.
The blood cell has been handled with different density NH4NO3 salt. We found that salt of the certain density can induce the ceils to die. The cell death is more obivious when salt density is high, but low density is opposite. Comparison Surveying ceils by using Giemsa way with by using Vitamin K3 is carried out. Typical cell dying can been sighted under microscope.
