摘要
以化学试剂及工业原料配料,研究了TiO2对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料煅烧及矿物形成的影响。结果表明,含有适量的TiO2能改善生料的易烧性,有利于熟料的烧结,促进fCaO的吸收,促进C3S及C4A3!S2种主要矿物的形成。TiO2的适宜含量为<1%。当TiO2含量>1%时,fCaO升高,C3S及C4A3!S的形成量降低。
The effect of TiO2 on the burnability and mineral formation of alite-sulphoaluminate cement clinker was studied. The results showed that a proper amount of TiO2 could improve the burnability of raw mix and accelerate the absorption of fCaO, promote the formation of C3S and C4A3S. Otherwise, the content of C3S and C4A3S formatted reduced as fCaO increased.
