摘要
高新技术的发展离不开风险投资的支持,但是风险投资成功的概率又是比较低的,因而,研究风险投资中的风险因素及其防范策略具有重要意义。对风险投资中的风险因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的风险防范策略。
The development of high-tech industries depends on the support of venture capital. But the probability of making success is so little in venture capital, so there are important roles to study venture factors and countermeasures. The paper gives an analysis on the venture factors in venture capital, and provides some countermeasures.
