摘要
在教育部世界银行教育发展项目的支持下,北京大学基础医学院建立了生物医学实验教学中心(简称实验中心)。实验中心将12门基础学科的教学室重组为机能学、形态学、生物化学和分子生物学、病原学和免疫学、细胞生物学和遗传学五个综合实验室,并将实验内容分为基础、综合和研究三个层次,所有的学生都接受基础和综合实验训练,少部分创新能力强的同学在教师指导下,接受创新人才基金支持,进入科研实验室,进行科研训练,到目前为至,共发表论文58篇,其中Sci文章9篇。详细介绍了实验中心的管理机制。
Teaching Laboratory Center of Biology and Medicine (TLCBM) has been designed and established in School of Basic Medical Science, Peking University under the support of Program of Education Development from the World Bank. TLCBM coalesced teaching laboratories of 12 departments, formed 5 new composite laboratories (functional laboratories, morphological laboratories, biochemical and molecular biology laboratories, pathogenic biology laboratories, and cell biology and genetics laboratories) according to the similarities to the technologies. The content of laboratory courses has been reformed into essential, composite and research grades. Essential, composite experiments were necessary to every student, and were performed in composite laboratories. However, research experiments were designed by minority excellent students under the guidance of teachers and performed in research laboratories under the support of Fundation for Creative Talents which was initiated by Health Science Center, Peking University. Totally 58 research articles (9 Sci articles) have been published until now. The management mechanism of TLCBM was described in details in this article.
