摘要
个人信息保护是信息化过程中而产生的问题,在国外有关国家和地区早已掀起了个人信息保护立法的浪潮。鉴于此,本文立足于世界有关国家和地区个人信息立法的情况,对其中涉及逻辑基础、适用范围、原则及个人信息主体的权利、适用例外等问题进行了探讨。
The personal data protection is such an issue that arises from the development process of the information soviety. In the world, more and more countries have made some laws on this issue. So, on the bases of legal research of the other countries＇ legislation, the article mainly talks about the logical base, application rules, the specific rights of the main body and application exception.
