摘要
研究不同产地、三年生三七花中总皂苷的含量,分析三七花中农药残留含量。采用大孔树脂吸附除去样品中大量的色素,比色法测定总皂苷的含量,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定农药残留六六六、DDT含量。
Studying the Panax notoginseng Saponins （PNS） content of Panax notoginseng flower with three years in diffrent areas, analyzing the pesticide residus of Panax notoginseng flower, applicating widepertur resin in order to delete much pigment coloring material, in samples, then determinating the PNS content of PN flower through colorimetric methord, at last determinating the BHC and DDT content of PN flower through Capillary tube Gas chromatigraphy method.
