摘要
以来源于日本和中国的不结球白菜品种各5个为试材,对主要营养品质进行了分析测定,结果表明:品种间维生素C和粗纤维含量相比较差异极大,干物质、有机酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量存在一定差异;中国不结球白菜品种干物质含量相对较高,而日本品种粗纤维含量相对较低,其它差异不明显。
Ten varieties respectively from Japanese and Chinese Non- heading Chinese cabbage(Brassica eampestris ssp. chinensis Makino)were used to investigate their nutrient quality characters. The results indicated that the vitamin C and crude fibre content have significant difference among varieties, but for the contents of dry weight, organic acid, soluble sugar and protein, there is no significant difference. Meanwhile Chinese non - heading Chinese cabbage varieties have high dry weight content and Japanese varieties have low crudefibre content. Other factors have no difference.
