摘要
采用双反浮选工艺对原矿P2O5品位为24.16%,MgO含量为4.42%的某中等品位硅钙质胶磷矿进行实验研究,可获得P2O5品位为31.67%,MgO为0.73%的合格磷精矿,P2O5回收率为85.84%,MgO的排除率达89.14%。
Double-reverse flotation process was tested for phosphate rock that cqntains silica and calcia. The qualified phosphate concentrate with P2O5 31. 67%, MgO 0. 73% was obtained via flotating the crude ore that contains P2O5 24.16%, MgO 4,42%. The recovery of P2O5 was 85.84%, and the removal rate of MgO reached 89.14%,
