DAC7714是一种4通道串行D/A转换芯片;FYD12864是一种具有多种接口方式,可以显示8×4行16×16点阵汉字的点阵图形液晶显示模块。本文详细介绍了这两种器件的性能、使用方法以及与MCS-51单片机接口的软硬件设计。
The DAC7714 is a quad, serial input, 12-bit, voltage output digital-to-ana- log converter;, the FYD12864 is a dot-matrix graph LCD module, which has manifold interface methods and can display 8×4 rows 16×16 dot-matrix Chinese characters. In this paper, the characteristics and the operation methods of the two devices are introduced. In addition, the software and hardware design of their interface with MCS-51 SCM is demonstrated in detail.
