商业模式是中立B2B(中立的企业对企业电子市场)首先要回答的问题。通过研究中立B2B的供应链,我们发现了一个基于供应链的中立B2B的商业模式框架。中立B2B的商业模式可以分为三种,即交易机会、交易确认和交易执行。一个中立B2B会选择何种商业模式受到造市者类型、造市者的合作商类型以及所在垂直行业的影响。然后,我们通过对福布斯杂志评选的2004年全球最佳B2B的统计研究对这个框架进行了深入讨论。
Business model is the first thing to be considered in a neutral business-to-business e-marketplace (nB2B). We find a supply chain based framework of nB2Bs′ business models after studying their supply chains. The business models can be divided into trade opportunity, trade verifying and trade executing. What kind of business models a nB2B can choose depends on its market maker, the partners of the market maker and the vertical industry where it lies. Then we discuss the framework in detail through an empirical statistics study on the nB2Bs of 'Forbes best of the web: B2B fall 2004'.
