Influence of Pillow's Structure on the Evaluation of Sleeping Comfortableness

摘要 设计了各种类型的枕头,通过问卷调查和对枕头的绝对高度、客观软硬度、接触压、接触面积的测试,分析了主观舒适感与客观物理指标的相关性.结果表明,枕头的主观高度感、枕型的合体感、湿闷感对总体舒适感评价影响很大;60%以上的受试女性认为平躺绝高7~8 cm,侧躺绝高9~10 cm的枕头最合适;S型枕头的主观软硬度对舒适感影响很显著,其颈后绝高与枕后绝高的距离差在1 cm以内,颈后部客观软硬度小于邵氏W6、枕后部客观软硬度小于邵氏W11时,感觉舒适;枕头越软,接触面积越大,舒适性越好. In this paper, various kinds of pillows were designed and its objective indexes such as absolute height,physical hardness, contact pressure, contact area were measured. Combined with questionnaire survey, the correlations between some physical parameters and subjective comfortable feeling were analyzed. Results showed that subjective height sense,fitness and heat sense of pillows played a particularly important role on the assessment of the total comfortable feeling. About more than 60 96 female in the test acknowledged the pillows were the fittest when its absolute height lying in the back was 7- 8 cm and absolute height lying in the side was 9- 10 cm. For the S pillow, subjective hardness sense was strongly related to total comfortable feeling, and when the distance difference between the absolute heights in the neck-back and that in the opistocranion was less than 1 cm, the physical hardness in the neck-back and opistocranion was below Shore W 6 and Shore W 11, respectively, it was comfortable. The softer the pillows are, the larger their contact areas are and the more comfortable it is.
