摘要
对小型制冷系统用全封闭往复式压缩机,通过详细考虑其内部热力过程,建立稳态性能仿真模型;通过引入热容系数,将模型用于仿真压缩机开机过程中排气温度的动态特性。在10个不同工况下,稳态模型对压缩机性能预测值与实验值的比较表明,模型对压缩机质量流量和消耗功率的预测误差在5%以内,排气温度误差最大不超过4℃;在不同环境温度下,动态模型对压缩机开机过程排气温度动态特性的预测值与实验值吻合较好,表明模型准确,可以满足系统仿真计算的需要。
A simulation model on the steady performance of full hermitic rectprocatmg compressors is presented with considering the inner heat transfer process in detail. By introducing the coefficient of heat capacity, the model is used to simulate the dynamic performance of discharge temperature during compressor operation. With 10 different work conditions, the comparison of simulation results with experimental ones has shown that the modelpre dicting errors of mass flow flux and consumed power of compressor is within 5 % and the maximal error of discharge temperature does not exceed 4 ℃. With different ambient temperature, the predicting results of dynamic model for discharge temperature are agreed well with experimental ones. It has shown that the model is accurate and can be used in the simulation of refrigerating system.
