摘要
文章针对数字化过程中高校图书馆经费面临的拮据状况,提出了扩大经费来源,合理使用图书经费,提高高校图书馆办馆效益的想法和对策。
In the process of digitalization, university libraries are still faced with the problem of funds shortage. The author of the article points out the expansion of the outlay, the utilization of funds to buy books, and proposes some suggestions to raise the economie returns of aeademie libraries.
