摘要
网络隐私权是指网络空间的个人信息隐私权。网络技术的飞速发展对个人隐私权安全性产生了巨大冲击。面对网络隐私权被侵害的现状并结合国外隐私权的保护经验,我国需要采取立法、网络监管、行业自律和提高隐私权保护意识等综合措施,对网络隐私权进行全面保护。
The network right of privacy means personal information right of privacy of the network space. Personal right of privacy safety is facing huge impact as the network technique is developed quickly. Facing the present condition ot the network right of privacy violated and combining the protection experience of the foreign right of privacy, our country needs to adopt the synthesizes measures, network to take charge of, the profession self-discipline and enhancing the protection consciousness of the right of privacy, carrying on to the network right of privacy to protect completely.
