摘要
通过分析当前大学生思想政治教育面临的形势和辅导员队伍建设存在的主要问题,根据中共中央“培养思想政治教育工作专门人才”的精神,对辅导员队伍建设实行专业化发展、职业化管理进行了探讨。
To strengthen the construction of the political instructor groups is to satisfy the need of promoting the political and ideological education of college students in modern times, which should conform to high demands and concerning policies. Based on the analyses of the current situation faced with the present ideological and political education of college students and the major problems existent in the construction of political instructor groups, this paper researches on the specialized development and professionalized management of the political instructor groups, which is in line with the spirit of “cultivating professional talents in ideological and political education”advocated by the Central Committee of the C. P.C.
