摘要
目的:探讨安达酚栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:267例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为两组:安达酚组147例和对照组120例。安达酚组采用安达酚栓治疗,对照组采用妇炎栓治疗。结果:安达酚组白带增多消失率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),安达酚组接触性出血消失率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),安达酚组总有效率为90.48%明显高于对照组的52.50%(P<0.01)。结论:安达酚栓治疗慢性宫颈炎方便、安全、疗效可靠。
Objective：To observe the utility of ADAFEN in chronic cervicitis. Methods：Two hundred and sixty seven patients with chronic eervieitis were randomly subjected into two groups： treatment group （n= 147）treated with one ADAFEN suppository every other day and control group with Fu-yan-shuan. Results： The rate of leueorrhoea disappere was increased in treatment group compared to that in control group（P〈0. 05）and the total curative rate of ADAFEN was 90.48% ,which remarkably superior to that of control group （p〈0.01）. Conclusion：ADAFEN is available,safe and effective for treatment in chronic cervicitis.
