摘要
目的鉴别肠炎合剂中的党参、白术、甘草。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别。结果建立了简便、灵敏、可靠的TLC。结论可用于本品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To identify Codonopsis pilosula,Atractyiodes macrocephala and Glyrrhiza urralensis in chang yan Mixture. METHODS Using TLC. RESULTS The simple, sensitive and reliable TLC Identification methods were established. CONCLUSION The method may be used for the quality control of the drug.
