摘要
目的:制备复方黄芩凝胶剂,建立凝胶剂中黄芩苷含量的测定方法,并考查其临床疗效。方法:采用一阶导数分光光度法测定黄芩苷含量作为定量指标,并采用双盲法进行临床疗效验证。结果:黄芩苷含量测定回收率为99.01%,RSD=0.80%+临床对于慢性皮炎的总有效率为100%。结论:采用本标准,可以有效地控制黄芩苷的质量,其临床疗效是可信的,且无不良反应发生。
Objective： To prepare compound baical skullcap root gel,establish an assay method for the baicalin in gej ,and evaluate its clinical effects. Methods： Determination of content was studied by frist order derivative spectrophotometry,and its effects in clinical was verified baicalin by double blind method. Results： The recovery of were 99.01% ,RSD=0.80% ;The total effect rate was 100% of a skin disease. Conclusion： It can help to quality control, and its clinical effects are reliable,and no side effect are found.
