摘要
应用组织工程学原理和技术方法研制组织工程化人工神经是解决周围神经缺损创新的治疗方法。综述了周围神经组织工程种子细胞、支架材料及结构、人工神经4个方面的最新研究进展。
Tissue-engineered nerve graft is an innovative treat method to repair the defect of peripheral nerve. Recently, there are dramatic development in these fields, thus we made a review about peripheral nerve tissue engineering in four aspects, including seed cells, material and structure of scaffolds and artificial nerve.
