本国际标准介绍了褐煤和柴煤中腐植酸的测定方法。第二版(ISO5073:1999)是在对第一版(ISO5073:1985)进行技术修改后形成的。本版腐植酸的测定以相对比较简单的容量法取代了重量法(ISO5073:1985)同时附录A还介绍了预先测定腐植酸含碳比的方法。
The method of determination of humic acids from brown coal and lignite is described in this International Standard. This second edition （ISO5073：1999） cancels and replaces the first edition （ISO5073：1985）, which has been technically revised. It uses the volumetric method, which is simpler than the gravimetric method （ISO5073：1985） for determination of humic acids. The ratio of carbon content of humic acids may also be used, predetermined as described in annex A.
