Experimental study on the animal model of alcoholic osteoporosis

摘要 目的:建立酒精性骨质疏松症的动物模型,研究酒精对骨质疏松的影响。方法:SD大鼠分为3组:实验组A、实验组B及对照组。实验组A给予45°白酒8 ml.kg-1.d-1,每天2次灌胃,实验组B给予45°白酒6 ml.kg-1.d-1,每天2次灌胃,对照组以等量生理盐水灌胃,分别于8、16、24周后取材检测相关指标。结果:8周后实验组A尿液中尿吡啶酚(PYD)显著增高(P<0.01);16周后实验组A的BMD显著下降(P<0.01),各实验组的SOD活性较之同期对照组显著下降(P<0.05),MDA含量显著增高(P<0.05);24周后实验组A的TC、TG、LDL均显著增高(P<0.01),而HDL则显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:大量白酒灌胃,可致大鼠骨质疏松。 Objective: To produce animal model of alcoholic osteoporesis and to study the effect of alcohol on osteoporesis. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: test group A(Group A) ,test group B(Group B) and control group. 45° white wine was fed into stomachs of rats twice a day at doses of 8 ml· kg^-1· d^-1 and 6 ml· kg^-1· d^-1 in Group A and B respectivdy. In control group, the same dose of Sodium Chloride was fed. The specimens were obtained at 8th, 16th and 24th weeks after experiment to detect related indices. Results: At 8th week, the content of PYD in urine of Group A increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). At 16th week, the content of BMD of Group A decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05), and the SOD activity of two test groups decreased significantly as compared with control group (P 〈 0.05 ), but the content of MDA increased (P〈 0.05 ). At 24th week, the contents of TC, TG and LDL in the serum of Group A increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ), but HDL content decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Drinking lots of white wine can induce osteoporesis of rats.
